By accessing and using the services of Shri Nirali Tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of processing. To secure a reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the specific tour package selected.

  • Payments can be made via authorized banking channels, Credit/Debit cards, or PayPal.
  • Surcharges may apply for certain payment methods.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour operator, airline, or hotel involved in your package. Standard cancellation timelines apply:

  • Cancellations 30+ days prior to departure: 50% refund on deposit.
  • Cancellations less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund.

4. Travel Documents & Insurance

Clients are fully responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and health certificates relevant to the destination. Highly recommended to purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage luggage setups.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shri Nirali Tours acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport operators. We shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be caused due to acts of God or third-party negligence setups layouts triggers.
